Farrell Binder brings more than twenty-two years of experience and expertise as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  There, she served the people of the United States in the fight against corruption and terrorism in the U.S., as well as representing the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice in Europe and Africa.  Known for her tireless work ethic and commitment to justice, Farrell is a fierce defender of human rights and social equality.  Farrell is a proven team builder, a natural leader, and an expert in international law and diplomacy.  

As Boundless Humanity’s Managing Director, Farrell manages the executive office team, coordinates Boundless Humanity’s corporate and legal affairs, and ensures the organization’s policies are in keeping with the local and international standards.  Farrell provides strategic support and acts as legal advisor to the Board of Directors. 

 

Farrell holds a Law Degree from George Washington University, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Kaplan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Russian Studies from Villanova University.
