Liliana is an accomplished and impactful diplomat, who officially represented the United States government as a Senior Foreign Service Officer in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.  During her 20 years of diplomatic service, Liliana’s keen sensitivity to cultural perspectives and genuine willingness to find common ground made her an effective advocate for creating partnerships with foreign governments and communities. 

As Executive Director, Liliana has a clear vision for Boundless Humanity.  Liliana’s personal history as a young Colombian immigrant to the United States serves as proof that youth around world, if given the opportunity to succeed, can not only reach incredible heights but also contribute to others in dire situations around the world.

Liliana believes the earth is a global community and wants the American ideal of the “Land of Opportunity” to be shared by the entire world.  Through Boundless Humanity, Liliana is focused on advocating for a “Mindset of Opportunity” by maximizing each human being’s potential through providing access to basic needs, education, social justice, and employment opportunities in every corner of the world.

Liliana holds a Master’s Degree in Government from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University where she double majored in International Business and Management with a minor in International Relations.  Liliana is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
